Nature. Shirin-yoku. Eco-psychology.

Yama means “mountain” in Japanese. Deeply rooted, mountains rise out of the earth and touch the sky. Vast, still, un-moving. Our group mindfullness walks will guide you to reconnect with yourself and nature. We strive to create a space of calm, presence, and connection, where each step invites awareness and grounding. Like the peaks and valleys of Earth’s mountains, our walks reflect the natural rythm of life and offer you a moment to slow down, breathe, and simply be.

We offer a variety of guided wellness group walks in nature tailored to different needs and intentions. Whether you’re seeking mindfullness, connection, or a moment to slow down, you’ll find a walk designed for you.
